John Burke Associates are a practice of Chartered Surveyors London, Clerks of Works and Chartered Building Consultants.

Established in 1982, we operate nationally in both the private, commercial and public sectors, with extensive knowledge spanning across all sectors of the construction industry. Furthermore, our Directors each have a strong background in the industry. Their combined knowledge and experience allows us to offer our clients a varied portfolio of services

Stephen J. Burke

Managing Director

Stephen is integral to the dynamics of the business and is responsible for the management of the Practice.

He is active in driving change, strategic planning and project delivery. Stephen is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager and is also an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a board member of the RICS iSurv.

Ian Carey

Ian is a Chartered Building Surveyor and a Chartered Construction Manager. He is also a Fellow, life member and twice Past President of the Institute of Clerks of Works & Construction Inspectorate (ICWCI).

Director

DMS MCMI

Alan is responsible for the Information, Communication and Technology functions of the business. His focus is to improve the management of information within a growing organisation.

Graham Little

Technical Manager

Graham is responsible for Client liaison and the management of the delivery of our Site Inspection Services.

John Burke Associates are a quality and environmentally driven consultancy.

We operate a quality management system, which is certified to the requirements of ISO 9001. With members of the Executive Board holding qualifications in Quality Assurance, a total Quality Management approach is instilled within our organisation.

We are also certified under ISO 14001 as an Environmental Management Organisation. We are continuing to review our procedures for improving our environmental performance. Consequently, our Environmental Policy is updated accordingly.

For over a decade, I built and led teams across startups, creative agencies, and tech companies.
